West End premiere, starring James Nesbitt and Conleith Hill, of hilarious play about four Belfast tilers - by triple-award-winning writer. An endearing, yet hard-hitting comic portrait of how work gets in the way of life, "Shoot the Crow" tells the story of one Friday at the end of a long week for four Northern Irishmen on the scam. Ding-Ding wants a bucket to start his own window-cleaning business. Randolph dreams of escaping on a motorbike. They have a plan as to how to raise the cash. But then so - unbeknownst to each other - do their workmates, Petesy and Socrates. The same plan! First staged by the Druid Theatre Company, Galway, then at the Royal Exchange, Manchester, "Shoot the Crow" premieres in the West End in October 2005 starring James (Cold Feet) Nesbitt and Conleith Hill, who won Olivier Awards for both "Stones in his Pockets" and "The Producers". Jim Norton, who stole the show in "The Weir", will play Ding-Ding.
