Learning Transfer

If organisations are to remain competitive, they §need to ensure that what is learnt in the classroom §is able to be adapted and used in the workplace by §their employees. Even more nowadays, in our dynamic §world, where an increasing growth of knowledge and §technological advances are inevitable, life-long §learning has become a necessity and transfer of §learning an essential requisite for individuals and §companies.
