Within a few short years, the gender theory has saturated the public domain. Using a European Council convention as a pretext, the author re-examines the origins of this controversial theory. He demonstrates how it revolves around two very different lines of thought: on one side the “homosexualist gender” brilliantly presented by Judith Butler, and on the other the “feminist gender,” with its more direct participation in our political systems.
