Critical Success Factors on e-Resource based learning

The form and structure of teaching and learning are constantly changing due to the rapid advancement in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Electronic information resources, one of the tools emerged from the development of ICT, have helped users in retrieving accurate, relevant and up-to- date knowledge as and when required for their teaching, learning and research needs. There is a dearth of research studies based on e-resources and use of Internet in universities in Sri Lanka and particularly in developing regions. This book, therefore, provides the readers about Critical Success Factors (CSF) on e- resource based learning in the milieu of Sri Lankan higher education sector based upon a research study conducted in 2008/2009. The book does address many key issues such as theories on Technology Acceptance, factors affecting e-learning and usage of Information Technology, CSFs on e-Learning and Technology Acceptance in research aspects.
