Die Maximierung des erwarteten Nutzens stellt aber die Standardannahme bezüglich der Präferenzen von Investoren bei der Ableitung von Kapitalmarktmodellen dar. Damit besteht eine Lücke zwischen verhaltenswissenschaftlichem Erkenntnisstand und der Modellierung von Märkten. Durch die Ableitung eines Kapitalmarktmodells auf Basis eines Modells, welches ambiguitätsaverse Präferenzen abbilden kann, wird ein Beitrag zum Schließen dieser Lücke geleistet.
